Thimphu stadium & Temple Zagthopelri

Today I explored another spots in Thimphu after a meeting with Wangmo Tashi a Bhutanese friend. We visited together the monumental national stadium located in downtown and I have learnt more about the cultural people´s habits: beatifull phylosophy of life, based on the simplicity of the hapiness concept without depending on the global economic pression…

Thimphu stadium & football training

Wangmo talked about the different symbols placed on the walls of the central tribune and then we left the stadium for a short hike around the town where we visited the Zagthopelri Temple where people are praying to Guru Rinpoechoe. Once more I was astonished with the traditional architecture!

Today I know a little bit more about the local culture and buddhism thanks to Wangmo!

Guyes, now I have to go, Natacha an Australian girl is leaving bhutan soon and she invited the development workers community for a dinner at hotel Tandin.
